Modern and cosy accommodation in the northernmost brewery in the Czech Republic in the town of Varnsdorf is available to you all year round, in various forms.

The brewery is strategically located right next to the border with Germany, where you can take interesting trips or just relax in the atmosphere of the Kocour Brewery, which was built on the foundations of an old pottery.

Depending on the occupancy of the accommodation capacity, a credit card guarantee or advance payment to the account may be required
Check-in - guests arrive from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM, earlier or later arrival is possible only after prior agreement
Check-out - guests depart no later than 10:00 AM, later departure is possible only after prior agreement for an additional fee of 12 €
Payment - always upon arrival in cash or by credit card
Minibar contents are not included in the price of accommodation
Accommodation of your pets (dogs, cats) is not allowed
The guest is obliged to familiarize himself with the terms of the accommodation rules, which are located in individual rooms and in the carriages in the entrance area and to comply with them
all accommodation areas are NON-SMOKING! Violation of the smoking ban is subject to a fine of 40 €
breakfast is served MON-FRI from 7:00 to 10:00, SAT-SU from 8:00 to 10:00, earlier breakfast time is possible after prior agreement, later breakfast time is not possible
loss or failure to hand over the key upon departure and its non-return is subject to a fine of 20 €
prices in € change according to the current exchange rate of the Czech National Bank
cancellation up to 3 days before arrival is free
cancellation 3 – 0 days before arrival is subject to a fine of 100% of the accommodation price for the first night
