Abbey
You are presented a beer worthy of the Trappist monks, the original recipe of this beer jewel comes from monasteries in Belgium. You would be able to find the original under the name Trappist Ale there. It is however the protected designation that can only be used by trappist monasteries which besides the beer must not to be brewed for their enrichment.
In the past the monks have fermented their beers by opening skylights in order to get the beer fermented by loose wild yeast strains. These days Westermalle yeasts are used for its production which are based on the original wild ones.
It is a strong but well enjoyable beer, amber to copper in colour, with distinctive fruity aroma and taste. It combines the taste of honey gingerbread, cloves, tropical fruit, apple compôte, toasted pears and vanilla,  and the warm tones of punch fading away.
Abbey 18 °  can be classified as Abbey Double, a group consisting of the Belgian monastery beers with an alcohol content of 6 - 9 %. This production from our brewery is up to its upper limit, so it could easily happen you might get the feeling of dizziness caused by the honey fruity flavour. The unusual gourmet experience is guaranteed.

The Catfish is a representative of the bitter, top fermented beers and hop-chilled from the category of American Pale Ale beers. It really has not been skimped on the hops, because the recipe was developed by our friends from the Ballast Point Brewery in San Diego. Distincly bitter, but also very well drinkable 11°.

Christmas Ale
Special for the Christmas season. Strong semi-dark (to brownish) top fermented ale. In the hops processing it was used significant variety of american hops like Columbus and Chinook. Because it is the Christmas special, Chinook hops are used for cold-hopping because its intense and fresh aroma smells of conifers especially after pine trees. 
The recipe is written by our friend Cullen from the USA from the New Mexico brewery (Sante Fe).

IPA SAMURAI

IPA SAMURAI

IPA Samurai
(amarican version of India Pale Ale, is more hoppy than english version of IPA). It has been crafted by worldwide well-known brewer Toshi Ishii from Japan’s Yo-Ho Brewing Co., his main interest and speciliazation is in the amarican beers (IPA, Barley Wine, Porter, etc) and he can well pour hopps, too :-). He has coopereted with one of the best amercian brewers from some small breweries. During the crafting it was used the top (and the most expensive) american hops: Columbus, Amarillo, Cascade and he could reached more hoppy aromas and flavors approx 70-75 IBU (measure of bitterness) and delicious complexity.
We believe it is among the best beer crafted in the Czech Republic. These top shots are only made in the USA or EU at the smallest mini breweries, this could be one hot opportunity get acquainted with such delicacies in our restaurant as well.

TomCat Jantar is top-fermented "ale" amber in  colour, to which the fullness of the body at 11° and deep fermentation delivered by rye malt is another craft of the American brewer Cullen Dweyer. Easy to drink, interesting bitterness and the process of hop-chilled makes a complex drink as the gateway to the wonderful world of top fermented beers.

To make it to the top of K2 is no exception today. But the top of the art of TomCat´s brewers with the name K32 is a unique opportunity that ranks among the strongest beers around the world and not everyone will dare to try. As the name suggests the K32 has 32 ° and it will deliver 14.5% of alcohol to you. But there is nothing to worry about, we did even leave a higher residual sugar content there in order to soften the sharpness of alcohol. It will overcome you with the dense taste of caramel, honey and roasted pears which gently complement the light bitterness of Northern Brewer and citrus freshness  of Amarilla. It also very well blends with sweet desserts or venison dishes. It is particularly suitable as a  slow aperitif and during long winter evenings will warm you up with hight content of alcohol, but can even be consumed as a hot beverage with a slice of lemon.

Strong semi-dark top fermented ale in american style. Its enjoyment is a delight for gurus, thanks to the progressive taste of flavours and aromas. The flavour of citrus aroma will enchant you which will surprises your tongue with a strong bitterness that blends with sweet caramel tones. Number 70 on the label means a bitterness of 70 IBU, as one of the bitterness Czech beers ever.

Stout
Beers that belong into their own category. There are about hundreds of them around the world, but only few are linked to a brand, as is the case with one beer category. This beer is Guinness from Dublin, Ireland which gained not only world-wide popularity but also licensed production in many countries of the world. Yes,this dark beer with its dry and prolong taste, with a golden harp in its emblem, defines the concept of stout all over the world. Do not worry, we do not cook it at TomCat brewery under the license. But it is true that we were inspired by this beer. And it is only up to you to evaluate whether we have been able to brew a beer whose attributes are coffee like dry tones, easy to drink and  roasted barly in  the background.

WEIZEN

Weizen
Wheat beer which has been dominant style of beers style in the Czech lands for centuries before the arrival of the lower fermented lager of pilsen type. Originally from southern of Germany, it has spread throughout the world. Served in special high, narrow jars, often with a slice of lemon. Weizen is a top fermented beer, cooked from malt with a high proportion of malt-wheat and non-malt wheat (at least 50%, often up to 70%). Beer with a strong intensity of smell and flavor, dominated by banana tones, strong full bodied, a low bitterness of fine spirit. The characteristic features are mostly light yellow in colour (although it might be light dark to strong dark), high foaming, blur caused by yeast and higher protein content. Wheat beers vary considerably depending on the technology used and the yeast strain, especially the intensity of the characteristic smell and taste. Large differences are also among beers from different regions. They are characterized by a lower content of polyphenols, higher protein, esters and CO2. On the process of fermentation yeast of „milky“ fermentaiton is also significantly contributed to fermentaiton that enhance the wheat beer with a refreshing bitter flavor.

KUBÍK

Kubík
The names of beer originated differently. For example Kubik name was born as a smaller brother of our bitter, stronger beer Double IPA Quarteback. Shortly QB, pronounced [Kju: Bi:] and the name Kubik was born. This is smaller but still a big dose of hops, lighter body flavor. Kubik does not misbehave himself in contrast with his older sibling.
