Kocour Weizen
Weizen – wheat beer which used to be a traditional Czech beer for many centuries, before the bottom fermented lager overruled. Wheat beer originates from southern Germany, at the moment you can get it all over the world. It is served in high, narrow glasses usually with a slice of lemon.
Weizen is a top fermented beer brewed from malt with high portion of malted and unmalted wheat (minimum 50%, sometimes up to 70%). The beer is known for its high intensity of aroma and flavor with low bitterness. The colour is usually light yellow and there is lots of foam and some fog caused by yeast and proteins
